Armored Spider-Man
Usually Spider-Man doesn't like heavy metal, but this armored costume is so useful against bad guys that he makes an exception.
Peter Parker was an ordinary student when he was bitten by a radioactive spider. He gained the proportional strength, speed, and agility of a spider, but all he wanted was to use his super-strength to win fame and fortune. His negligence caused the death of his beloved Uncle Ben, and from then on Spider-Man lived by his uncle’s code that great power means great responsibility. When a villain group called the New Enforcers attacked, Spider-Man put on this special suit of bulletproof armor to fight them |

Mission StrengthsSpider-Man is an underrated character. If he is not top tier, he is just below it. Spidey is one of the fastest characters in the game, and that’s made better with his speed boost. His Hero Up is great crowd control, as it stuns and has a fairly wide radius. His combo knocks back the enemy and ties them up momentarily. His P1 Spider Swing is quite useful as a hit-and-run attack, and his P2 boost to speed and armor is very nice indeed.
Mission WeaknessesHis combo is average damage. It also puts Spider-Man on the opposite side of his enemy, which could be advantageous, or it could result in accidentally getting yourself killed. It all depends on how you time it. His P3 is kind of useless. His health and defense both are somewhat below average, meaning that he can’t take a lot of hits. Thankfully, he’s great at avoiding attacks.

Playing Tips
- Avoid the P3. Use the Hero Up only against large crowds, since it doesn’t do enough damage to justify its use against single foes…except for Mystique when she’s in the form of a hero.
- The best single enemy strategy depends on the enemy. On slower enemies, you can combo away without much issue. Faster enemies and enemies that charge or can knockback require you to hit and run. Have the P2 active most of the time to mitigate the low defense and aid in getting away from enemies, or just use the P1.
- Against slower bosses like Onslaught or MODOK, you can combo a whole lot, though stay mindful of what they`re doing. Every boss that Spidey can combo to death has a move or two that can mess that strategy up. Spidey`s P1 Web Swing is very useful if the boss leaves few openings.
